Upgrade Policy
We understand that customers may initially purchase data with a high resolution / bar interval and then at some later date desire and wish they had purchased data with a lower resolution / interval. For this reason we will allow customers to upgrade their forex data product to lower time frames and bar interval for the difference in price plus a $20.00 processing fee. In addition, we will take an additional 20 percent off your upgrade cost as a show of gratitude for returning clients.
As traders ourselves we understand the eventual and essencial need to refine a trading method, risk and or money management algorithm as close to the "As it happens" event model in research simulations as possible. This is especially true with the global 24 hour trading of spot and forward forex instruments.
We also understand that every trader, system designer and or researchers have differnt data needs and goals. For this reason we can price any data request you might have. In fact we have provided more historical data and real-time data "guidance" and consulting than we have sold data. We do this at no cost to you.
